As conscious creators, being intentional about our focus is essential for nurturing well-being and alignment. But how do we stay positive when there’s so much chaos in the world? Today I am sharing a perspective on how you can feel good in the midst of a chaotic world.
You Are a Sacred Vessel of Energy
Within your human body, you have access to the most powerful energy in the universe—the energy that creates worlds and all that is.
A constant stream of source energy flows to and through you. It supports, loves, and guides you. This energy isn’t separate from you—it is you.
It is your body that expresses the energy that you are and becomes the vessel of your creation. You are the most beautiful thing you will ever create, and what you feed your inner energy with matters greatly.
Can I Stop Focusing on the Chaos?
The simplest answer to feeling good might be to stop giving so much attention to all the chaos, but that is not always the most aligned solution for everyone.
The head in the sand approach often goes against one’s core value of being an informed, active participant in humanity.
Many of my clients have felt this conflict. People on the path of intentional creation often place a high value on the welfare of humanity. I don’t believe this is a coincidence.
When we approach it from this perspective, we open up and bring awareness to what it is we really want. How can I best contribute to the peace and well-being of others?
Now our focus goes from avoiding what we don’t want (chaos), to creating what we do want (peace).
There is nothing going on in the world right now that you can directly impact in a positive way without first attending to the energy within you.
No action taken in fear or lack will ultimately result in bringing more love to this world. It must come from within you first.
Shifting From Fear to Peace
Shifting from fear to peace requires taking full ownership of your energy.
I want you to feel the difference between “I must change to be a good creator” and “I am already whole and good, and I want to care for my sacred energy.”
The energy within you asks for your conscious nurturing and care.
You must be deliberate about grounding yourself in your own energy of truth.
Without this grounding, you will find yourself being pulled in a million different directions by all the different energies in our world.
This is an inner world of chaos.
Peace comes when you take full responsibility for your inner environment. Care for yourself from a place of love, not judgment.
You are already perfect as you are. When you feel this truth of love within, just like the love you feel for others, you’ll turn that love toward yourself. You’ll feel the pull to care for your energy and nourish it with uplifting content, joy, and love.
Strengthen Your Connection to Truth
if you are feeling hardened or saddened by anything going on in the world, feel the feelings wishing to be expressed through you.
Let yourself feel for all of humanity until you are feel’ed out…
And then take care of your energy.
Tune into the love that is within you until it is so strong that all you feel is love– when you see the suffering in the world, you have the strength to hold space for the human experience while staying connected to the ultimate truth.
Right now, there are those who are called to act as vibrational anchors, energy holders of love and peace in the chaos.
There are those who are called to be out there in the fight.
And there are those who are everywhere in between.
There is no need to judge another’s path—we all contribute to the expansion of the whole. What matters most is asking yourself:
What’s right for me?
What actions or non-actions feel aligned for me right now?
How much attention can I give the world while taking care of my energy?
When you take care of your inner environment first, you become part of the solution.
Some may argue this is selfish, but what you find when you look within is love. When you embody that love, you effortlessly move mountains and bring more good and harmony into the world.
The old way is fading. This is the new way. The conscious way.

These elements help in maintaining a grounded and peaceful inner state, which is essential for contributing positively to the world around you.
Intentional Focus: Be deliberate about where you direct your attention. Purposefully choose to feed your awareness with information that uplifts and lightens you to help balance out any negative information you want to engage with.
Self-Care: Recognize yourself as a sacred vessel of energy and prioritize nurturing your physical well-being. Your body also receives any negativity you are exposed to, so offering your body stillness, rest and space will support the processing of external chaos.
Inner Peace: Make a decision to take full ownership of your energy and stop giving your power away to external events or people that you have no control over.
Alignment: Act in alignment with your core values and what feels right for you, rather than trying to conform to external expectations. Ask yourself: how do I honor who I want to be in this situation?
Love and Compassion: Connect with the love within you and extend it towards yourself and others, becoming a part of the vibrational solution.
Balance: Find your own personal balance between staying informed and taking care of your inner environment.
